Bu y\u00fczden kal\u0131b\u0131m\u0131zda \u00e7\u00f6keltiler olu\u015ftu. Ayr\u0131ca makinadan \u00e7\u0131kan epoksi bile\u015fenlerinin orans\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ard\u0131 ard\u0131na makinan\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar y\u00fcz\u00fcnden hat\u0131r\u0131 say\u0131l\u0131r bir bi\u00e7imde epoksi bo\u015fa gitti. Al\u0131nan epoksilerin hepsi bitmi\u015fti ve alt kal\u0131p hala epoksi kaplanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu sebeple tekrar epoksi al\u0131m\u0131na karar verdik. Alt kal\u0131b\u0131n epoksi kaplama i\u015flemini ise Hexagon firmas\u0131nda daha profesyonel bir \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirerek kal\u0131plar\u0131n epoksi kaplama i\u015fini bitirmi\u015f olduk. <\/span><\/div>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Corbel;\">Kal\u0131plar daha sonra tekrar Ford Otosan\u2019a giderek par\u00e7al\u0131 olan alt kabuk kal\u0131b\u0131 birle\u015ftirildi. Daha sonra Ford\u2019daki b\u00fcy\u00fck cnc de kal\u0131plar\u0131n i\u015flenilmesine ba\u015fland\u0131. Kal\u0131ptaki bo\u015fluklar i\u00e7in baz\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n baya bi a\u015fina oldu\u011fu \u00e7elik macunu kulland\u0131k(bak\u0131n\u0131z Sahimo modeli ).
