G\u00fcne\u015f panelleri genellikle birden \u00e7ok tabakadan olu\u015fur ve bu tabakalar\u0131 bir arada tutmak i\u00e7in laminasyon i\u015flemine tabi tutulurlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laminasyon i\u015flemi, g\u00fcne\u015f panelinin bile\u015fenlerini s\u0131k\u0131ca bir arada tutan ve koruyan bir ara tabaka eklemeyi i\u00e7erir. Bu ara tabaka, genellikle POE ad\u0131 verilen bir polimerdir. Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bu \u00f6zel h\u00fccrelerin laminasyonunu yapan birka\u00e7 firma bulunmaktad\u0131r. Di\u011fer ekipler laminasyonunu bu firmalara yapt\u0131rsa da firmalar\u0131n istedi\u011fi \u00fccret T\u00fcrkiye \u015fartlar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00e7ok astronomik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fte bu y\u00fczden G\u00fcne\u015f Paneli Laminasyonu konusunda ge\u00e7mi\u015fte yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgi birikimimiz ve deneyimimiz \u00fczerine G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisini en verimli \u015fekilde elektrik enerjisine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeyi hedefliyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu hedefimiz ba\u011flam\u0131nda, panel a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 olabildi\u011fince minimuma indirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Laminasyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131zda h\u00fccrelerimizin lehim i\u015flemini, panel dizilimi hesaplamalar\u0131n\u0131, Frontsheet-POE-Backsheet gibi katmanlara yat\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve laminasyon makinesine yerle\u015ftirilmesi gibi daha bir\u00e7ok i\u015flemi kendimiz ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Prototiplerimizi elde ettik ve verimlilik, kal\u0131nl\u0131k ve a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k testlerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz. \u015eu ana kadar yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z testlerde gayet iyi sonu\u00e7lar ald\u0131k ve almaya devam edece\u011fiz. Ayr\u0131ca esnek paneller \u00e7ok hassas oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in lehim i\u015flemini \u00f6zel flux ile yapmaktay\u0131z.
